Payment is non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the Peoria Park District.
Vendors must comply with all event rules, including setup and tear-down times, health regulations, insurance requirements, and Peoria Fire Department regulations.
The Peoria Park District reserves the right to remove vendors not in compliance with event guidelines.
